400;\">It wasn\u2019t until I began to practice self-awareness, or as I like to call it: HONESTY, that I truly began to lower my expectations, set realistic priorities and stop measuring myself by my worst moments or my ability to be productive.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When my online communities starting asking me what tools I used, I realized all the shifts I have made over the years and practises of being honest about my circumstances, capacity and worth- lived in my head.
